Customer called for service because heat in kitchen area not working correctly. Service technician discovered that kitchen, dinning room and foyer area air handler with hydronic coil runs in heat mode even when thermostat is turned off. Found relay for fan and pump control stuck closed. Replaced relay from truck stock, testing, ok. Problem fully resolved. Customer gave Advanced Heating & Cooling an excellent rating.
Customer called for emergency service due to no heat from garage gas furnace. Service technician found condensate pump shutting off unit. Also found cardboard tap still in pump from installation. Removed tab and retested pump operation. Tested gas furnace operation and now fully functioning. Customer very happy with service and wants quote for preventative maintenance. Customer called to have winter preventative maintenance performed. Pressurized geothermal loop to standing pressure of 47 pounds per square inch. 1st floor electronic air filter cleaned. All wires and connections good. All amps good. Contactor in working condition. Tested electric heat. Geothermal loop pressures/temps good. Temp rise good 25 degrees. Powered humidifier not working. Water screen blocked. Cleaned screen. Water panel needs to be replaced. Replaced water panel. Tested humidifier operation. Homeowner should check humidifier for any leaks over the next couple days. Treated/tested condensate pump. System working well now. Customer will recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling to all of her friends and neighbors.
Customer called and reported smelling gas in the home. Service technician immediately responded. Checked furnace operation. Checked all visible gas piping for any leaks. Found gas smell strong around hot water heater. Found hot water heater running but burners not lit on pilot on. Gas was coming out of valve with the burner not lit. Shut off gas to heater and valve. Also found pvc pipe to have a visible hole in it. Plumbers who installed water heater arrived on location. I showed them what i found and they are going to fix the issues. Customer very happy with Advanced Heating & Cooling prompt arrival and diagnosis. Will highly recommend.
Customer requests preventative maintenance on gas furnace and air conditioner system for rental property. Preventative maintenance agreement accepted to cover Lennox gas furnace and air conditioner system. First of semi-annual preventative maintenance visits was completed. A leak in refrigerant line was found and repaired. Filters were changed in Hepa air filtration system. 21 point tune up was completed. Customer very happy with technician services and will recommend.

Hot water tank also leaking and needs replacement. Replacement scheduled and completed within 72 hours. Customer purchased carrier infinity 90+ gas furnace and coil system with new carrier infinity wifi enabled programmable touch screen thermostat. Problem fully resolved and customer very happy with quality of installation.
